“My motivation is creating small impact to change the world to better place to live. People have created most of the challenges and I’m great believer that we solve the challenges. What motivates me most is to see when people get enthusiastic and understand that even small changes can make a difference. Especially co-working workshops can give so much new ideas and energy between the people.”

Johanna’s method is to utilize dedicated tools to each subset of development. This can be done by using existing recognized tools or by creating entirely new tools that ensure seamless development process.

She wants to help organizations and companies to create concepts, innovations, and ways of working that increase sustainability.

“There are variety of designers, from concepts design to detailed design to design material, products, and immaterial design. But one thing is common for us, designers need to be curious and think differently. Wicked problems are often seen too huge to solve, and then you need to sit down with different professionals to break the challenge into smaller and understandable pieces.”
