Timo Liimatainen says that originally he was supposed to become the owner of a ranch.

“By many coincidences, I was abducted into the insurance industry and spent 20 years there in sales and sales management. The period also involves starting agriculture and finding a business idea. Through a business idea, I ended up working for a regional business development organization.”
Timo has vast experience in working with different people, personal sales skills, recruiting salespeople, leading a sales team, and building different sales models.
“Selling is a skill that belongs to each of us. It should be considered a part of teaching. I know how to do it.”
Timo’s other areas of expertise are management of various aspects of business development, from sparring a business idea to funding applications, development of Internet service from idea to product, and development of agriculture for organic farming.
“I am motivated by an easier life. I like resolving challenges as they arise, or in advance, eliminating problems, and making things run more smoothly. In addition, finding a workable solution to your own or someone else’s problem is also rewarding.”
Timo says that solving problems requires energy and creativity, as well as the ability to identify the right position and the right time. A good problem solver can act quickly if necessary or stop progress until the best option is found.
