Hana Ovesna – leading and preparing construction development projects

Solved’s Expert of the Week Hana Ovesna is a passionate and experienced project manager leading and preparing construction development projects in the Slovak Republic in the sectors of the public spaces and urban areas.

“Working for strong companies across Europe, like Tebodin in the Netherlands, HB Reavis in Slovakia and Unibail-Rodamco in France, I became a project leader with unique profile composition covering business development and active sales, real estate and construction management including negotiation with respective stakeholders from commercial and local bodies or institutions.”

Hana’s current professional experience covers the whole scope of agenda from site selection, property acquisition, feasibility study preparation, retail expansion, development of construction and its financial appraisals, up to the wide knowledge of legal, financial and technical environment. International communication, negotiation and building consortium for various projects are among her professional skills.
