Miika Kilgast’s passion is to solve energy related problems in ecological and cost-effective way.

Miika is searching for solutions to utilize solar energy in the most economical ways. This includes optimization of solar thermal systems, yield simulations and designing combinations with other energy sources.

“Our goal is to ensure our customer a long-term and steady energy supply in a sustainable way.”

His study background (M.Sc.) is a combination of energy and process technology and environmental engineering.

“My professional career with solar thermal applications started as R&D Engineer at Savosolar, a Finnish company manufacturing the most efficient solar thermal collectors in the markets. During the last couple of years, I’ve been working as Account Manager and System Designer.”
