Xiaowen Xiong – producing high performance in supply chain management areas

Our Expert of the Week Xiaowen Xiong has studied and worked in Finland since 2006, with extensive experience in supply chain management and program management in ICT and electronics industries.

Previously, she worked as an Associate Program Manager in Sanmina Corporation and as a Buyer and Supply Chain Coordinator in Nokia Networks.

She holds a M.Sc. in Economies and Business Administration from Oulu University and a B.Sc. in Management Science from China.

“In Oulu University, I have done research on service supply chain development in academic project. The purpose is to describe, analyze and evaluate how value is co-created in business services through modularity and collaborative business networks.”

She has also provided Finnish-Chinese translation and interpretation services in various Sino-Finnish projects in traveling, electronics and manufacturing industries.
