Christian von Staudt – overseeing the renewable energy projects and investments

Since late 2008 Christian von Staudt has been overseeing the renewable energy projects and investments of the AE Group as Managing Partner.

Prior to founding AE Consult, formerly GITecs Solar, Christian worked for almost 20 years in investment banking.

Christian says that he began his professional career in 1991 with JPMorgan in Frankfurt as trainee and junior trader for interest and currency derivatives. In late 1995 he joined Dresdner Bank AG and became later Head of Asset Liability Management.

In 2007 and 2008 Christian was running the Interest Rate Risk Management at Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt.

Christian graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a MSc. in Finance & Accounting and studied Business Administration at the European School of Business, Reutlingen.
