IPEC 2021: Digitalization and Sustainability, 3 Mar 2021, online
3rd March 21
Online
IPEC 2021
The International Production Environmantal Community continues the (previous) European exchange of ideas and best practices at the Integrated Plant Engineering Conferences (IPEC), which has been held annually in Nuremberg since 2013.
With reference to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (e.g. 9, 12, 13), we will intensify the European dialogue with partner countries such as Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, South Tyrol, Sweden and UK in order to contribute to a more competitive and sustainable industry through digitalized solutions.
The next online conference will be held on 3rd of March 2021 and will offer participants in the morning session an overview of best practices, projects and technology trends around digitalization and sustainability in manufacturing companies over several countries. In the afternoon session, a virtual Matchmaking will allow participants to initiate cooperations. Our aim is to develop new ideas, to create an added value and to enable knowledge and technology transfer between the participants.
The event is free of charge and will be broadcasted via GoToWebinar. Target groups are experts from companies and science institutions from all over Europe.
The online conference is organized by the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Automation Valley Northern Bavaria Network and is supported by the technical expertise of VDE Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies and the Institute for Sustainability. The virtual Matchmaking will be carried out by the Enterprise Europe Network at Bayern Innovativ GmbH and will take place via B2Match.
