Ajay Nair – “The concept of sustainable, resilient, smart, livable cities motivates me as a planner”

Ajay Nair has created concept-to-client enterprise project proposals, tracking, resource planning for solutions and system lifecycle, conduct training programs and maintenance for government and private sector markets.

He has also increased productivity, improved customer services, process efficiencies, decision support by providing leadership, implemented enterprise GIS/IT processes, systems and achieved performance improvements in Singapore with ISO 9001-2015 QMS and other quality management practices.

Ajay has conceived and implemented business and knowledge management systems using web and application servers, database, GIS, 3D visualization and planning and development knowledge taxonomies.

Ajay says that currently he is focusing on the SmartCity Planning and Design Project initiative which is an attempt to identify the Professional Planning Practices opportunities and narrow the gap in the SmartCity Sector, improve participation and provide leadership for the better future for all stakeholders.

He says that it is important to educate all stakeholders on the opportunities, improve effectiveness of processes, and improve management efficiencies in the habitat development sector.
