Anna Simpson Iles – Supporting business and civil society organizations across the world to think long-term

Anna Simpson Iles joined sustainability consulting firm Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), based in Hong Kong in 2021.

Earlier she has been director of the strategic futures and innovation agency Flux Compass, supporting business and civil society organizations across the world to think long-term and thrive in change.

Her engagements include a design lab for six cities with the UNDP City Experiment Fund; a Green Deal visions toolkit for Young Friends of the Earth Europe; a sustainable futures conference for a luxury fashion group; and future scenarios for UNICEF’s Iraq office.

Anna is a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation, and the author of two books: The Innovation-Friendly Organization (2017) and The Brand Strategist’s Guide to Desire (2014).
