Shahram Shafie – Developing circular applications of waste rubber, plastics and food

Shahram Shafie is a seasoned chemical engineer with 15 years of dedicated experience in Sustainability-Oriented Innovation (SOI), Circular Economy and related corporate strategy.

Shahram is CTO of Green Source Holdings and Circular Economy Club, Austin, Co-Organizers.

Most of his design works have been focused on circular applications of waste rubber, plastics and food in new sustainable products for different sectors including industrial, fashion, auto and consumer products.

Shahram is the inventor of several SOI technologies with 19 US, 6 Canadian, 4 European patents and 20 academic journals publications with more than 800 citations.
